Their lives are full of rich experiences -- of strong family values knit together with a tradition of excellence in coffee production. They are the engines of the coffee lover dream. They produce shade grown coffee for more flavor, and they grow their coffee using sustainable and bird friendly farming techniques. The producers we deal with are generally small cooperatives who take an interest in their communities. We develop relationships with our growers that are based on fair pricing and our commitment to invest into their communities with the profits of our company. Francisco Luna has been in the coffee business for more than thirty years and is an internationally acclaimed coffee roaster and coffee taster with credentials as a judge for international coffee competitions. Coffee that does not meet our strictly hard bean specifications for premium gourmet coffee does not get roasted—because, as with a concerto, the coffee lover’s dream requires excellence with every movement.
The Right Transportation and Marketing Systems
Our coffee is not warehoused, nor does spend weeks in a shipping container, being subjected to damaging environmental conditions. It is shipped from the farm to the roaster and from the roaster directly, by air freight, to you or through our distribution site here in Lubbock, TX. Our goal is that your coffee will still be on the farm when you order it. You, therefore, will receive the freshest coffee possible – a requirement for the fulfillment of the coffee lover’s dream.
